Augh! This is brilliant and terrible. For all that it does strike very close to the heart of Ed's vulnerability -- as Envy said, Ed would never cry and beg for him -- it's still way worse for Al, I think. Because in a lot of ways, Al's still 10 years old. He's a very mature 10 year old, he kind of reminds me of those terribly painful world-weary miniature adults you sometimes see in refugee camps or warzones, but without a body he's never had the physical and even mental maturation of a normal 14 year old, because a surprising amount of the difference between 10 and 14 year olds is due to physical brain development, not just experience.
Ed's probably never had sex in the anime storyline, and probably not in yours, but his body has developed, he's felt the feelings, he's probably jerked off. He's aware of pleasure and pain and sex, and while what happened has probably fucked with his head, I doubt it would go to the core of his feelings about sex, because those have already been laid down. Al... not so much.
