FMA recs and GW challenge announcement

A couple of fic recs.

First, a sweet, funny, and cute Valentines-themed fic titled "My Alchemical Romance" by tenshi_no_korin. There are no obvious pairings -- aside from a few surprise references near the end -- but the interaction between all the characters is more than worth reading it for. I nearly fell off my chair laughing at the line "The entire HQ has gone pink. It's like someone detonated a beaker of bismuth subsalicylate."

If you're in no mood for sweet and funny, you could look at laylah_r's fourteen FMA drabbles of various pairings, guaranteed to leave you writhing in the dust or at least make you say "ow."

In the interests of equal time to my equal interest, there's also this extremely amusing short fic posted on elricest by sanoken called "Disciplining Edward." Now, maybe it's just that I once wrote a Demon Diary fic exactly like that, but I found it cute as hell.

And if you're in no mood for cute or disturbing, but just want some solid, down-and-dirty smut, I strongly reccommend to you "Abstinence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder," parts 1a and 1b by devils_devotion, starring nervoushornyvirgin!Ed and ohgodI'mapedophile!Roy. :) Mmm, lusty.

THE PIDES OF MARCH CHALLENGE IS OPEN!

Yes, once again, the Slow As Hell Girls are putting up the Ides Challenge to celebrate 3/14/2005... or 3x1x4x2x5 DAY!

This challenge is, of course, open to fanfiction and fanart which celebrates (and gleefully pervs over) a fivesome between out favorite GBoyz. Explicit sex is not necessary (but everyone likes lemons, right?) but what IS required is that all five boys are seen in a romantic relationship with each other. ALL five. Because, obviously, we likes the pretty boys, precious. And the boyz don't have to be specifically in the 3x1x4x2x5 order... just throw them in a pile and see how it turns out. ^_~*

The prize for this challenge is... ehhh, you get to read alot of fivesome smut. Isn't that prize enough? Oh, fine... all entries will be judged by a group of five anonymous people (*cough*) and the best will be awarded a $5 certificate to LiveJournal if you have an account.
