Once your fic is finished, post it on YOUR OWN JOURNAL (or wherever you post to.) Then REPLY to this post with a link to your fic, as well as stating which prompt it was.
If for some reason you aren't ready, then reply to this post saying as much, and saying your status -- ie, is it partially done, when you can expect to finish it by, et cetera.
