Author's Notes: This is a side story to my AU fic, The Wizards of Ceres. It's set in the past, after Fai first came to Ceres. Ashura seems to be something of a crowd favorite for my Wizards readers, so I thought I'd have a brief side story featuring him.
Spoilers for up to chapter 12 of Wizards. Indirect spoilers for up to the Ceres arc of Tsubasa as well; although it is an AU, many of the events are similar.
( It was not like Ashura to have paternal feelings, so perhaps he should make the most of it. )
