Wow, it's been a while since I updated here!

I thought I'd liven this journal up again by reposting some of my more current stuff. So as not to spam everyone's friendslists, I'll keep it to one post a day.

Fandom: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle

Title: Otherworld
Rating: R
Spoilers: No specific spoilers. Set in an unspecified time period after Outo but before Tokyo.
Summary: If dreams are another one of the worlds… then what about nightmares?

Author's Note: Written for a Halloween challenge to rewrite a horror movie, story, or game with the TRC characters. I'm not going to up front and say which horror game this is, but it should be pretty obvious to anyone with a passing familiarity with it.
Something of an experimental piece, working with tenses and POVs that I don't usually dabble in, but I'm pretty proud of it. As a piece of monsters-that-jump-out-and-scream horror, it's not my best; but as a psychodrama that weaves together psychological spotlights of all the characters and themes of the original work, it's pretty good.
