Although the smutty part of me likes Roy as the black dress of the FMA world (I love all fics--Roy/Hughes, Roy/Ed, Roy/Riza, don't get me started...) ... I see what you mean. Especially since I think Roy is unable to really show love to other people, or cannot bring himself to.

I've been an otaku for years upon years; I came in with the Pokemon wave though my first serious fandom was GW. As for YGO, I entered it last year and to a certain extent it still hasn't let go. :D I love Trigun but haven't really explored it for fanfic, so yah.
