Gunther: ...you knocked an anime character over a cliff, into a river. And you expect us to believe he's dead?
Conrad: Well, anyway, I'm still a bad guy. And I'm going to take you all to be imprisoned and executed. ...Unless, you should, you know, happen to escape. While I happen to have my back turned.
Gunther: You know, this isn't exactly helping your 'I'm a bad guy' case.
Belal: Well, this'll do it. Conrad! Execute me some main character, please.
Conrad: ...fuck.
Yuuri: Conrad!
Conrad: I can do this, I'm a bad guy...
Yuuri: Conrad!
Murata: Oh stop it, you're starting to sound like a shoujo heroine.
Conrad: All right, I give up, I can't kill Yuuri. I love him too much swore my life to him and all. I guess I'm not a bad guy after all.
Audience: And this is a surprise to who exactly? To exactly nobody, that's who.

I really wish they hadn't played the opening theme right there. >_o Way too peppy, broke up the tension, and not in a good way. And twice through, no less. Dammit...

And we still haven't gotten explained to us exactly why Conrad did what he did! Dammit!

I am so happy this came out so soon. ^o^

And I really like the new ending credits. You wouldn't have thought anything could be cuter than the little chasing chibis, and yet!

If there is anyone who couldn't have guessed what was going to happen, I'd be very surprised. It all worked out a bit too easily for my taste. ^____^

Konrad's confusing comments make it obvious that he was working under *someone's* direction. One hopes that once he explains, things will be made clear. and possibly kick off another plot arc.

Besides, Yuuri won't stand for having Konrad locked up or punished for long, and what Yuuri wants always goes in the end around Blood Pledge Castle.
