Lee's Angst no Jutsu is powerful. ;_; He actually made me teary. It helps that since I like him, I care how he feels.

And he's really cute in a braid. He should go back to that style sometime. <3 But I can see why he's so attached to Gai.

Well, at least Chouji's match was short. That's about the most I can say for it. ^^; It also amused me muchly how Lee and Gaara between them tore up the room more than all the other participants combined.

Kakashi is a bastard. This training is really, really important to Naruto, he intends to give it his best and he wants the best out of it, and Kakashi pawns him off to EBISU? If he'd handed Naruto over to Jiraiya right away that would have been one thing! But, jeez!

It's easy to do. :) He's kind-hearted, fair-minded, compassionate, and disciplined. After bastards like Neji and Sasuke, it's a refreshing change. And just generally rocks all over the place. :)

I still love Kakashi, but damn, he's a crappy teacher. Probably comes from never having done it before, because he failed all his other genin teams.

No kidding. Why do they keep making him try, instead of making him an Anbu or something?

According to...people...somewhere on the internet...he was ANBU at some point. But I don't think we know when, or why he stopped.

I think the only non-missing-nin Jounin we ever meet have Genin teams, so one possibility is that all Jounin are given Genin teams to teach, whether or not they're suited for it.

I feel bad for Kakashi's previous teams. I doubt they were all unsalvageble, and some of them might have passed with other Jounin teachers. I wonder if they kicked out of the ninja club for life, or if they get more chances to find a willing Jounin teacher...
