Edward likes looking at him. Alfons found this first embarassing, then irritating, then charming, then enormously flattering. The open, warm affection in Ed's eyes won him over in spite of himself.

Whenever they're in a room together, Ed's eyes always come back to him. Ed's driving is not to be trusted, for he keeps turning to look at him. Whatever he sees there, makes him smile, like nothing else in the world will.

Which is why it puzzles Alfons very much, that whenever they kiss, Edward closes his eyes. And Edward always insists that they make love in the dark.

In other news, velvet_mace and I have agreed that in order to complete my full gamut of writing -- gen, shounen ai, yaoi, het, het smut, shoujo ai, and finally yuri -- I need to write some Lust/Martel pron. *looks around for inspiration*

Oh god, that's a good drabble. Capturing the moment and implying so very much. Lovely.

Lust wasn't Greed but she was enough like him in that mysterious undefinable way that Martel kept looiking at her. Lust, who has an extremely active sexual life with oc's thank you, because you damn well can't be named Lust and be a virgin and no one ever pairs her with anyone picked up on that look of longing.

Lust understood her pain, how for years she'd been imprisoned, and how she'd made the best of being a freak, being a sinner, being discarded trash. She could just see her worth, the way Greed had. In cool words she soothed Martels mind, even as her fingers smoothed the back of her shirt.... Lust understood that Martel was wounded. She had what Martel needed to be whole again.

Finally got around to actually watching the movie, and that makes this drabble even more poignant. It was the last line that really made it for me, though; the implications from it are staggering.

...unfortunately, methinks I wouldn't be able to offer much inspiration for the Lust/Martel pron... *points up to what Velvet said, and reiterates it* ^_^;

Ah, Heiderich was still such a great character. Even if a great deal of his potential was wasted by the end...
