Notes: Written for the Iron Kink contest, although I didn't quite finish in time. D: Pairing chosen for anax, who has wanted Roy/Ed BDSM out of me for a while, and I thought this would work well for that.

Roy turned on the dictator for this, but only because Ed wanted him to. If I'd had more time I could have gone into depth about Ed's craving for someone to take control of him... but I guess that has to be inferred. :)
