Actually, Ebisu's not that bad. ^^ He seems nicer now than before, I think he's actually making an effort to connect with Naruto. And put aside his prejudices from before. And he's correct about Naruto's problems with chakra.

But he's still not the teacher Naruto needs.

Jiraiya is the coolest thing ever (except for Rock Lee.) But I'm somewhat disturbed that Naruto sees nothing odd about the fact that Jiraiya watches him undress, tells him he's sexy, and then kneels in front of him and gropes his naked stomach. O.o

In fact, Naruto spends entirely too much time naked around Jiraiya. o_o

I like this ending theme muuuuch better than the last. ^_^

[edit] A random, off-fandom pimp: Kourei's Yami no Matsuei fanfic. Anyone who's a Hisoka fan will like this. It's Tsuzuki/Hisoka, there's shounen ai and cuddling and hurt-comfort and all the yummy fangirl candy, BUT the way she writes Hisoka's voice is so dry and sarcastic and perfectly in-character that it's impossible not to love them both.

You know, if I’d realized that the demon was this large and nasty, I would have called for reinforcement before going in to battle it. I could sure use Tatsumi’s help right now. Wonder if he’ll realize that I’m in trouble? Nah, probably not. Though you never know. He’s observant.

How nice. The demon breathes fire.

Really, though, I wish someone would come rescue me. I’m not really the type of person that wants to be rescued, but I’m in over my head and I’ll admit it.
