Which is a more appropriate phrase for the people in question: BATSHIT INSANE, or BUGFUCK CRAZY? They both have a certain ring to them.

I like Bugfuck Crazy myself, allthough the first does have a certain ring to it.

I'm just going to remain in my psychotically cheerful place about this and feel superior (and stock up on barbed comments ^^)
